Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory. The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million. The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool. Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section. The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key labelling various parts of the land. Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings. More documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
